Dr Victoria Jupp Kina
CO-FOUNDER and CHAIR
Vic is a social researcher and community development specialist. With 20+ years’ experience in the international development field, she understands what is required to bring about transformational, sustainable change for excluded and marginalised communities. As co-founder of Tatha Water, she believes our vision for an Amazon where no-one goes thirsty is entirely achievable and has committed to work tirelessly until we achieve our goal.

Professor Vania Neu
CO-FOUNDER and OPERATIONS LEAD
Vania is an applied ecologist and water and sanitation expert. She has 20+ years’ experience working to solve some of the entrenched environmental and social challenges in the Brazilian Amazon. As co-founder of Tatha Water she brings a clear vision for the potential of our systems to solve the Amazon’s water crisis. She leads our team of scientists to design and monitor our systems, building the scientific evidence to prove effectiveness and impact.

As a senior research manager within higher education, Grant brings a unique combination of research expertise and direct experience of managing international development charities. He knows what it takes to make a charity have real impact and is committed to ensuring we achieve our mission.

As a chartered water and environment manager, Catherine brings a wealth of technical expertise and senior leadership experience. She understands the water and environment sector, providing a bridge into industry and enabling us to build our reputation as experts in our field.
